LandShark is the web based access to Waseca County Land Records.
You may become a LandShark "subscriber" or use the service as an "occasional" user. To become a subscriber, complete both the agreements below and send the installation fee and first months access fee to the County Recorder. To use the service as an occasional user, click on the link below to visit the LandShark website to log in.
