About the Department

The Human Resource department provides programs and services that help ensure that Waseca County is well positioned to attract and retain qualified, productive, and customer-focused employees.

The Human Resource Department strives to provide services that are supportive, consultative, and acts as a pro-active partner. Collaborates with customers to explore and offer human resource solutions and to contribute expertise in meeting operational and strategic goals of Waseca County.
