Where do I report for felony probation or supervised release after October 1, 2025?
Beginning October 1, 2025, Waseca County Court Services will assume supervision of all felony-level probation and supervised release cases. If you are currently supervised by the Minnesota Department of Corrections or have been instructed to report, please contact Waseca County Community Corrections at 507-835-0550.
Our office is located in the lower level of the Waseca County Courthouse at 307 N State Street, Waseca, MN 56093. Staff will assist you with probation officer assignments, reporting procedures, and any necessary documentation.

What are the drug/alcohol testing times?
Monday through Friday:
Male: 8:30 am to 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Female: 8:30 am to 9:00 am and 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Saturday and Sundays: 8:00 am to 8:30 am

What is the difference between probation fees, court fines and fees, and restitution, and how do I pay them?
Probation Fees:
The probation fee payment can be made in person at the probation office or by mail. A check or money order should be made out to Waseca County Community Corrections. Send payment to:

Court Fines / Fees:
The fines / fees owed to the Court can be made in person to the Court Administrator’s office in Waseca. They accept cash, checks, or money orders. To pay online, by phone, or by mail, please follow the instructions below.
Restitution:
Restitution is ordered to reimburse victims for financial losses incurred due to the offender's crime. The restitution owed can be made in person to the Court Administrator’s office in Waseca.
