Facilities Management

Under the general direction of the County Administrator, the Facilities Management Director is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the county buildings, fleet equipment and grounds. Duties include supervision of maintenance workers, operation and maintenance of various systems, directing and providing the upkeep and maintenance of property, development of policies and procedures, maintenance of supplies and inventories and perform other duties as apparent or assigned.

Develops policies, procedures, schedules, objectives and standards for facilities, fleet, and Parks management. Prepares and administers the Facilities Management department, including the Parks Division budgets.
